Refund & Return Policy
Thank you for your purchase. Due to the specialized and technical nature of our AI robotic products, we maintain the following return and refund policy.
Returns
All sales are final. **we do not accept returns for all items**
Because our AI robots are specialized electronic devices, returns are not accepted for:
- Opened or used products
- Sale or discounted items
- Gift cards

Damages & Order Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If you receive:
- A defective product
- A damaged item
- The wrong product
You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and a description of the issue. We will review your claim and work with you to provide an appropriate resolution.
Order Cancellations & Refunds
If you request a cancellation before your order has been shipped, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Manufacturer warranty information may be displayed on individual product pages for convenience; however, such information is provided for reference only and does not replace or modify the manufacturer’s official warranty terms.

Upon request, EmbodiedMall may assist customers by:
- Facilitating initial communication with the manufacturer
- Gathering preliminary documentation related to a potential warranty claim
- Coordinating next steps when feasible
EmbodiedMall does not control, approve, or guarantee:
- Warranty acceptance or denial
- Manufacturer service outcomes
- Repair or replacement timelines
- Availability of parts or service personnel
Initiating a Warranty Request
Customers are encouraged to notify EmbodiedMall promptly upon discovering a potential defect or issue.
To support coordination efforts, customers may be asked to provide:
- Proof of purchase from EmbodiedMall
- Order reference number
- Product serial number(s)
- Visual documentation (photos or video)
- Description of the issue and observed behavior
Incomplete or inaccurate information may delay or prevent further assistance.
Warranty Limitations & Exclusions
Warranty coverage may be limited or denied by the manufacturer if an issue results from circumstances including, but not limited to:
- Improper use, misuse, or accidents
- Unauthorized modification, repair, or disassembly
- Installation, operation, or storage outside recommended conditions
- Use of unsupported accessories, components, or software
- Cosmetic damage or normal wear

Software, Firmware, and AI-Based Functionality
Products offered on EmbodiedMall may include software, firmware, or AI-enabled functionality.
Such systems are inherently evolving and may change over time due to updates, patches, or model improvements. Variations in performance, behavior, or available features resulting from such updates do not constitute a defect and are not grounds for warranty claims.
Services Outside Manufacturer Warranty
If a reported issue falls outside manufacturer warranty coverage, EmbodiedMall may, at its discretion, offer:
- Paid diagnostics
- Third-party repair coordination
- Expedited support services
Any such services are subject to separate quotation, approval, and payment, and are not covered under manufacturer warranty programs.
Geographic Scope
EmbodiedMall warranty assistance is available only for products purchased directly from EmbodiedMall and delivered within the United States.
Manufacturer warranty coverage may vary by region and remains subject to manufacturer policies.
Original Purchaser Requirement
Warranty coordination through EmbodiedMall is available only to the original purchaser of the product, as evidenced by a valid EmbodiedMall order record.
Whether a manufacturer warranty is transferable is determined solely by the manufacturer.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, EmbodiedMall shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to lost profits, downtime, business interruption, or data loss.
No Additional or Implied Warranties
EmbodiedMall does not provide implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, except where such disclaimers are restricted by law.
All warranties, if any, are provided exclusively by the manufacturer.
